Features of Indoor Wooden Benches
The laminated hardwood top measures 9-½ inches wide by 1-¼ inches thick. We finish the wooden tops with two coats of acrylic finish. Hardwood locker room benches are available in lengths of 3 feet to 10 feet and available in 1 foot increments. These benches have a weight capacity of 150 lbs per linear foot. This way you can get either a short or long bench to fit your needs. Each of these indoor school benches come with either 2 or 3 pedestals. Steel Pedestals
The steel bench legs have an overall height of 17-¾ inches. The pedestal base is made of 14-gauge steel while the tubing uprights are 1-5/8 inches. Lyon steel bench pedestals come in a powder coat finish. We stock our steel bench legs for our wood locker room benches in both our Dove Gray and Putty powder coat finishes. Aluminum Pedestals
You can also get indoor wooden benches with aluminum pedestals. The aluminum pedestals are light, yet incredibly strong and easy to maintain in almost any environment. We make the aluminum bench legs of 2 pieces of anodized aluminum. They are formed and welded together. They have a height of 14-5/8 inches. This makes the overall bench height 16-5/8 inches. Because they are made of aluminum, they will resist rust and corrosion allowing them to stand up to everyday use. Add rubber feet to the legs to turn it into a portable wood locker room bench so that you can easily move to where you need it.
