Plastic Quarter Trays

The standard wide DD layout kit comes with 4 plastic storage trays for drawers. These trays will fill a standard width modular cabinet drawer. The trays won’t shift around within the modular drawer. These plastic trays are the ideal solution for a hardware drawer organizer so you can easily find and pick small items such as either nuts or bolts. Making a neat storage system with a nuts and bolts drawer organizer helps control inventory.

Each tray includes 20 compartments that are 2-1/2″w x 1-7/8″d each. Theses 80 compartments in the standard wide DD layout kit are great for storing items such as screws, nuts, or washers. The durable plastic quarter trays will hold up to everyday use. Plastic quarter trays are both a convenient and cost effective way to store very small, loose items. You won’t need partitions when using our plastic organizer trays. We designed the plastic drawer inserts to run front to back in any width drawer.

DRAWER SIZES

The standard wide DD layout kit fits in Lyon’s standard wide cabinet drawers. These trays fit in 04 and 05 modular drawers with a front height less than four inches. If you don’t know what size your drawers are, measure the Front Height of your drawer to determine the size.
