Description

You can quickly and easily add the pallet rack plywood support channel support to your Pallet Rack levels! Used to support either plywood decking or other decking material. The support sits inside the beam step leaving plenty of room above it for decking. This allows you to create a flush surface between the Beams and the decking. We make the pallet rack support channel out of galvanized steel. It resists rust and corrosion because of the galvanized steel. This lets them stand up in harsh warehouse environments.

The pallet rack plywood support channels are available in 36-inch-deep, 42-inch-deep, and 48-inch-deep. The 36-inch-deep support can hold up to 730 lbs. The 42-inch-deep support can hold up to 610 lbs. The 48-inch-deep support can hold up to 530 lbs. These capacities are for the support channels only. The decking material you choose will have it’s own weight capacities independent of the pallet rack supports. It can also be used as a front-to-back member between beams to help minimize beam rotation when supporting heavy loads. This will also maintain both the rigidity and stability of the pallet Storage Racks. When you know your decking load capacity you can figure out how many support channels you will need per level.
