We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Manager at our Montgomery, IL location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Job Summary

Responsible for performing assembly operations on a variety of fabricated pieces.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Performs repetitive assembly operations on a variety of fabricated pieces such as lockers and cabinets.
  • Must snap various pieces into place and fasten others with screws, nuts, bolts, rivets, and various types of hardware.
  • Use screwdriver, hammer, pliers, wrenches, riveting gun and/or electric drill as required.
  • Must be able to work from supervisor demonstration or approved sample.
  • Check pieces for proper fit, assembly and finish.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be able to work from orders.
  • Able to stand and use hands for long periods of time up to 8 hours. May be required to crouch, bend, push and pull. Light to medium physical effort in moving parts and completed lockers or cabinets. May move product up to 50 pounds.
  • Continuous mental and visual attention assembling, fitting, and checking work.
  • Ability to use screwdriver, hammer, pliers, wrenches, riveting gun and/or electric drill
  • Ability to work independently and safely.
  • Being mechanically inclined would be a plus.

We are actively searching for a talented and reliable maintenance technician to join our maintenance department at our Watseka, IL facility. Our ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades, with in-depth knowledge of brake presses, resistance welders, turret presses and automation equipment. To excel in this position, you must be an excellent problem-solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Plan, layout and perform all required operations to install, maintain and repair a variety of production machines, other equipment and apparatus used in various departments within the facility.
  • Perform necessary repair on hydraulic systems, water, air and gas lines, repair to motors and controls.
  • Trouble shoot, disassemble and determine extent of repairs necessary, requisition or make-up repair parts, assemble, test, align and adjust.
  • Perform welding, sheet metal and machine tool operations when required in repairing equipment.
  • Lubricate a variety of equipment such as motors, machines, conveyors, pumps, trucks, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of proper leverages, gearings, fits, adjustments & tolerances of various moving mechanisms such as clutches and brakes are necessary to ensure satisfactory operations.
  • Responsible for proper use of machine or hand tools, repair and adjustment of machines to prevent damage.
  • Responsible for equipment preventive maintenance at established intervals.
  • Responsible for careful handling of tools and materials and the operation of machine tools to prevent lost time injury.
  • Perform general plant maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Able to read, write and follow instructions including the ability to read electrical schematics and machine diagrams/drawings.
  • Previous manufacturing experience required.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • General mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instruments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Summary

Entry level position responsible for routine accounting assignments pertaining to a variety of reports, ledgers, records, and budgets used by the Accounting Department.

Specific Duties

  • Assists in the preparation and analysis on monthly external and internal financial reports.
  • Assists in maintaining the integrity of the corporate books of account by becoming proficient in the operation and maintenance of the computerized accounting system.
  • Assists with monthly closing cycle.
  • Performs special accounting projects as assigned by the Controller, including assistance with financial and tax audits.
  • Assists in the development and reporting against the corporate operating budget.
  • Balances daily/weekly payroll entries.
  • Reviews A/P invoices for sales tax accuracy and account number coding.
  • Assists with A/P when needed.

Position Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with a preferred major in Accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interest in Cost Accounting a plus.
  • Some part time accounting/bookkeeping experience helpful.
