Reports to HR Generalist
Job Overview: Oversees and coordinates all Lyon payroll functions. Utilizes various clerical, communication and analytical skills to process, post, communicate, maintain and interpret payroll and payroll record keeping and/or reporting on a timely basis.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversees and coordinates all Lyon payroll functions. Maintains and processes all records needed to produce accurate payroll.
- Ensures all payroll schedules are met to enable outside payroll service to prepare all payrolls on a timely basis.
- Deals directly with representatives of payroll vendor, government agencies, and insurance companies to be sure payrolls and payroll reportings are correct.
- Verifies information from payroll service to ensure that the payrolls have been processed correctly.
- Calculates payroll coverages for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly commission/bonus payrolls.
- Provides data for and monitors results of outside payroll vendor’s payroll and tax calculations.
- Applies clerical skills to the degree that all written, printed or typed material is current and accurate.
- Utilizes analytical skills to solve miscellaneous payroll problems.
- Uses a computer to obtain and record information required for departmental and corporate analysis.
- Maintains a check and balance system at all times to insure correct payments or billings.
- Adheres to departmental standard procedures and matters of confidentiality at all times. Has access to internally sensitive records.
- Uses interpersonal skills when dealing with employees on potentially sensitive matters, such as child support, court orders, payroll deductions, etc.
- Plans for on-going training to stay current with pay regulations and automated technology.
- Performs all other duties and assignments as directed by the HR Generalist.
Managerial and Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises no employees.
Position Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent with additional courses in payroll, payroll related or accounting areas.
- 2+ years work experience, preferably in an accounting or payroll function and the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as external payroll systems and Lyon ERP system

Job Overview: The production supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of production workers on the factory floor, ensuring efficient production processes, meeting daily production goals, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety regulations by monitoring workflow, troubleshooting issues, and training staff.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assigning work, managing schedules, and ensuring production targets are met
- Training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to improve skills and performance
- Monitoring production processes to ensure products meet quality standards, identifying and resolving quality issues
- Enforcing safety procedures and regulations, conducting safety inspections, and addressing potential hazards
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating material requirements to maintain production flow
- Ensuring proper functioning of production machinery and coordinating repairs with maintenance when necessary
- Tracking production metrics, compiling reports on production progress, and identifying areas for improvement
- Coordinating with other departments like quality control, maintenance, and supply chain to ensure smooth production operations
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues, process concerns, or employee difficulties
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the plant manager
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Clearly conveying information to team members, management, and other departments

Education and Experience:
- Previous manufacturing experience helpful but not required
- Degree in a business administration or equivalent of 5-10 years supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding, machining, and assembly
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk and move around the production floor for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying ambient temperatures
Shift and Schedule:
- Full-time, 10-hour shift
- Monday through Friday, 4:30pm – 3:00am

Pay: 1st Shift $19.00/hr.—2nd Shift $19.00/hr. plus $1.00 shift premium
Summary: Responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock.
Duties:
- Receive shipments
- Load and unload trucks as required
- Tag and label product
- Box, wrap and pack product in accordance with relevant procedures
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Operate forklift as necessary
- Use an RF Scanner
- Locate product as required
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Knowledge of operating a forklift
- Ability to work on feet for long periods of time. Regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands. Frequently required to crouch, bend, push and pull. May move product up to 50 pounds.
