Heavy Duty Construction

The all-welded 1130DP industrial ventilated cabinet features heavy-duty steel construction. The 6-inch-high legs below the cabinet provide clearance underneath for easy facility cleaning. The diamond perforated metal door and sides offer both visibility and extra airflow. We make the door from 14 gauge steel and include a reinforced panel. Our secure 3-point locking system on the door engages both the top and bottom of the cabinet. The steel latch plate secures the door when the handle is in the closed position. Our sturdy steel turn handle also includes a padlock hasp. Easily add your own padlock to secure the doors closed on this welded cabinet. Pre-punched holes above the handle allow you to easily add a Number Plate to help identify the cabinet. All of our industrial metal storage cabinets feature a durable powder coat paint finish that will stand up to harsh use.

Adjustable Cabinet Shelves

This 1130DP industrial ventilated cabinet includes four heavy-duty 16 gauge steel shelves. Our metal shelves will hold either tools or supplies without issue. You can quickly bolt the shelves securely into place. You can also easily reposition the shelves to change your shelf spacing when your storage needs change.

Assembly and Installation

The all-welded steel construction helps add strength and durability to this cabinet. Lyon’s 1130DP industrial ventilated cabinets ship pre-assembled with all seams and joints welded to create one of our toughest cabinets. Simply set the units in the place they will be installed.

We recommend you properly anchor your new 1130DP industrial ventilated cabinet at the time of  installation. Lyon strongly recommends that you anchor your cabinets to either the wall or floor or both if possible. Adding Lyon’s Foot Anchors help prevent cabinets from tipping over when they are top heavy.
