Lyon has long been America’s leading manufacturer of quality Metal Lockers. You can find our heavy-duty ventilated six tier lockers in gyms and locker rooms all over the USA. Use this ventilated 6 door locker alone or combine it with more lockers to create a full locker system. We proudly manufacture this vented metal locker in the USA. We offer these lockers with a durable powder coat finish available in our 10 PDQ color options.

Our heavy-duty ventilated six tier lockers include 14-gauge, one piece doors set in a 16-gauge steal frame. The 16-gauge body parts with an 18-gauge back provide additional durability. Lyon laps and welds the door frame corners to create a strong and rigid assembly. Diamond perforations on the doors and sides create extra vents that increase overall airflow. A steel pull handle also includes a hasp that can be secured with a user provided padlock.

Leg Options

You can order our heavy-duty ventilated six tier lockers with our standard 6-inch-high legs. Locker legs help raise the locker bottom off the floor. The rear legs are adjustable so that you can ensure a level installation. Alternatively you can order your lockers without legs. This is ideal for recessed mounting in either a hallway or corridor. If you order lockers without legs, we also offer a Zee Base option for a clean finished look.

Assembly and Installation

You can order heavy-duty ventilated six tier lockers either unassembled or assembled. Easily put this locker together in the field with nuts and bolts. The door and frame ship as one piece ready to attach to the sides and back of the locker. To save yourself even more time, you can order this locker assembled and Lyon will professionally assemble the locker for you. Lyon’s assembly team uses pop rivets in place of using nuts and bolts. Using pop rivets ensures a strong and durable assembly.

We recommend you properly anchor your new heavy-duty ventilated six tier lockers at the time of installation. Lyon strongly recommends that you anchor your lockers to either the wall or floor or both if possible. Adding Lyon’s Foot Anchors help prevent lockers from tipping over when they are top heavy.

Locks and Accessories

Upgrade your heavy-duty ventilated six tier lockers by adding built-in locker locks. Our lockers with pull handles can be fitted with a Zephyr 1954 Built-In Combination Lock. If you prefer a key lock, you can also fit these 6 compartment steel lockers with a Built-In Flat Key Lock that comes with 2 keys. Complete the look of your locker project by adding Lyon Locker Accessories such as a sloping top and closed bases. The top of each locker door is pre-punched making it easy for you to add personalized Number Plates and create your own number sequence.
