Did you lose the keys to a Lyon product? Lyon designs our products to last a long time but sometimes keys can get misplaced. The NF7040 replacement lock is available so you can easily replace a lock if you lost the keys. They are in stock and ready to ship. Get a new lock complete with 2 keys so you can start securing your items again.
What Products Does This Lock Fit?
The NF7040 replacement lock fits our 1000 Series Storage Cabinets. This includes our standard office cabinets as well as combination and wardrobe cabinets. This lock also fits the DD8837 Swing Doors for our 8000 series shelving. Please note this lock installs into the door itself, and it is not integrate with the handle.
To install the NF7040 replacement lock, you will need to start by removing the old lock. If the cabinet is locked shut, then you will need to drill out the old lock. Then all you need to do is slip the new lock in, slide the clip on to the lock to secure it onto the door, and attach the cam arm with the included hardware.
