Get Parts And Accessories For Your Lyon Rivet Rack Shelving
Lyon offers several rivet rack shelving parts and accessories. These items will work with any of our boltless rivet racks. This selection of items help install your new racks. You can also find replacement parts if needed. We want to make it easy for you to get the parts you need instead of having to replace entire sections of racking. Lyon has been the racking industry standard for over a century.
Rivet Rack Ties
Lyon offers different ways to tie your racks together. Secure multiple sections of rivet rack shelving together with a tie plate. The Tie Plate bolts to 2 rack uprights to connect them so you can create a row of storage racks. You can tie 2 rows of racks together using a double row Back-to-Back Tie. This will let you create uniform spacing between your rows of storage racks. Lyon stocks these items in our standard Dove Gray powder coat paint finish so that it will match your rack. We also have a Back-to-Wall Tie which allows you to secure your rack upright to a wall. This not only creates stability but makes sure there is even spacing from a wall for a row of rivet racks.
Rivet Rack Anchoring
One of the most important parts of any rack is the anchor. No matter which Lyon storage rack you get, you should make sure it gets securely anchored to either the floor or the wall. This will help prevent tipping and maintain stability. The rivet rack shelving Foot Plate attaches to the uprights and creates a mounting plate to bolt the uprights to the floor. Use a Lyon wedge anchor to bolt your foot plate to your concrete floor. Make sure your storage racks are level and plumb before anchoring. This will ensure they are safe and secure.
We also offer touch up spray paint. Lyon uses high quality steel to make our rivet rack shelving. It is important to make sure you touch up any damaged paint to ensure the steel doesn’t rust.
