Heavy-Duty Construction

The all-welded 1126 industrial bin cabinet features 14-gauge steel construction. The heavy-duty 5-5/8-inch deep doors include full length hinges welded to each door. Hard composition casters underneath the swing out doors help maintain positive alignment while providing a smooth door opening under heavy loads. Our secure 3-point locking system includes a 3/8-inch latch rod on the right door that engages both the top and bottom of the cabinet. The 3/16-inch latch plate secures the left door when the handle is in the closed position. Our sturdy aluminum handle also includes a 3/8-inch thick hasp. Easily add your own padlock to secure the doors closed on this welded 14-gauge cabinet. All of our industrial metal storage cabinets feature a durable powder coat paint finish that will stand up to harsh use.

Adjustable Cabinet Shelves

The 1127 industrial bin cabinet includes two 39″w x 21″d steel shelves. Lyon’s shelves can hold your heaviest item. Each shelf offers a payload capacity of 1,450 lbs. Store heavy equipment such as motors and pumps along with your other heavy tools. These shelves are fully adjustable on 3-inch centers. Simply bolt the shelves into the welded keyhole slots at the needed height. This lets you easily change your shelf spacing when your storage needs change. Removable Plastic Bins

The 1126 industrial bin cabinet includes 40 removable parts bins. The 16 large plastic parts bins are 8-1/4″w x 14-3/4″d x 7″h and hold 60 lbs each. These removable bins easily clip on and off the pick racks located on the back of the cabinet. The doors hold the 24 plastic tilt-bins. Our unique tilt-bin swings forward to allow total access to the contents. These removable bins easily clip on and off the steel rods located on the inside of both doors. Each small plastic parts tilt-bin is 15″w x 5″d x 5-1/2″h and holds up to 40 lbs.

These plastic yellow bins are corrosion resistant as well as impervious to most solvents. Take advantage of the molded-in label holders on the bins to keep your parts organized and easy to find. Increase the storage capacity of your nut and bolt storage cabinets even further by adding dividers for your parts bins. Add up to 3 Tilt-Bin Dividers to create 4 compartments in each tilt-bin. Add Dividers to each large parts bin to create two halves.

Forklift Base

Lyon welds 4-inch-high legs under each heavy-duty steel cabinet to create a forklift base. This space below the 1126 industrial bin cabinet allows a forklift to easily move the cabinet to where it is needed in your warehouse or facility. The 4-inch base also provides more toe room below the welded steel cabinet when the doors are open.

Because we designed these to hold so much, the uses for these 14-gauge steel cabinets is endless. Simply set the cabinet in place and you are ready to get organized. The removable bins are shipped nested inside the cabinet, ready to be loaded and placed in the cabinet.
