The Lyon 251CPL closed panel leg is one of our components that allow you to configure a custom workbench layout. Because of Lyon’s custom building block approach to storage, you can get a custom workbench that meets your needs while maximizing cubic space. With all our workbench components, you will be able to create custom layouts for either industrial uses or office desks. Lyon has been an industry leader for custom workbenches for over a century.
The 251CPL closed panel leg has a one-piece, heavy-gauge welded frame. These workbench legs have a closed side. They are designed for office applications where privacy is a concern. We include knock-outs for customer supplied electrical outlets. Have a power outlet within reach to plug in either tools or a phone charger. Lyon includes mounting hardware as well as leg levelers. When choosing a size, match the panel leg height to the modular drawer cabinet height. The closed panel leg attaches directly to the workbench surface. Then easily adjust the levelers to make sure the workbench is sturdy and stable.
You can use the 251CPL closed panel leg in configurations without a modular drawer cabinet. To provide stability in this sort of configuration, Lyon strongly recommends you use a Leg-To-Leg Stringer to ensure there is enough stability and support for your workbench.
