Bookcase Riser
Lyon makes the bookcase riser out of heavy-gauge steel. These risers have an overall depth of 14-inches which allows more head clearance above your work surface. Three height options allow you to get the best riser for your workspace. Shorter risers are ideal for small maintenance work while taller ones can fit over a monitor. The back of the bookcase riser includes a raised lip. This prevents items from falling off the back of the shelf. Risers are designed to support the weight of multiple loaded bookcases. The 60-inch and 70-inch wide risers can hold up to two bookcases while the 90-inch wide riser can hold up to three.
Assembly and Installation
The bookcase riser ships unassembled. The included hardware allows you to easily assemble this item in the field. Lyon also recommends securing your riser to the work surface to prevent tipping.
