Easily add the double wide layout kit to your modular drawers to keep both your small parts and tools organized. This industrial drawer organizer helps you to create a storage system with the exact space you need for your parts or hardware. Adding one these shop drawer organizers can instantly turn your Lyon modular cabinet into a tool cabinet. It’s easy to move these adjustable drawer organizers when your storage needs change. Lyon’s double wide layout kit can divide your drawer into 16 compartments. This layout kit features a galvanized finish. This finish helps protect your modular drawer organizers from corrosion.
Slotted Partition
The slotted drawer partition of the double wide layout kit is made of steel. Each partition has a flange on the bottom that secures it to the bottom of the drawer. Securing the partition helps prevent your layout kit from shifting inside the drawer. A properly secured partition also prevents small items from sliding underneath into the next compartment. The slots of the partition create segments which line up with the Segments on the sides of the modular drawer.
Adjustable Dividers
Each divider of the double wide layout kit slides easily between the slots of either a partition or the sides of a drawer. These slots let you add and move the modular drawer dividers with ease to create perfectly sized spaces. This will let you easily plan how to layout your drawers to fit your storage needs.
Drawer Sizes
These layout kits fit in Lyon’s double wide modular cabinet drawers. Select the drawer parts organizer to best fit the height of your drawer. If you don’t know what size your drawers are, measure the Front Height of your drawer to determine the size.
Accessories
Customize your interlocking drawer organizer by adding even more Partitions and Dividers. Modular drawer dividers are available from 2-1/4-inch-wide up to 19-1/16-inch-wide. You can organize your extra small parts further when you add Plastic Bins to your double wide layout kit. These small bins lift out and make ideal storage for both small nuts and bolts in your workbench drawer organizer.
Please Note: This layout kit fits Lyon’s current 250 MDCs as well as the 240 Platinum and MSSII Series modular drawer cabinets.
