Optimize your industrial storage with Lyon’s high-performance Cobalt Blue Pallet Rack beams. Engineered for efficiency and durability, Lyon designed these beams to provide a secure and reliable foundation for your pallet storage needs.

Each end of the beam features sturdy studs that engage seamlessly with the upright slots. This helps to ensure a stable and secure connection. The beams are adjustable on 2″ vertical centers, allowing you to customize your shelving height to accommodate various pallet sizes. Our innovative integral safety lock automatically locks into place when properly seated, providing added security and preventing accidental disengagement.

For beams exceeding 120″ in length, we recommend using at least one Front-to-Back Support when Wire Decking or Solid Decking is not in place. This additional support enhances stability and prevents beam deflection under heavy loads.

Our pallet rack beams are finished in a vibrant Cobalt Blue powder coat paint. It provides a high-visibility warning and enhancing workplace safety. Lyon recommends maintaining a clearance of 4″ between palletized loads and between loads and Uprights to ensure safe and efficient storage.

Available in our medium-duty option, our pallet rack beams can accommodate a wide range of storage needs. The available in a width of 108″ to offer versatility to fit various pallet sizes and Storage Rack configurations.
