Enhance your industrial storage efficiency with Lyon’s premium Pallet Rack add-on section with wire decking. This complete package provides the essential components for a strong and reliable Storage Rack solution. Each add-on section includes one upright two beams per level, and wire decking for each level, offering a ready-to-use storage unit.
Uprights
The Uprights feature bolted assembly with K-brace and cross channel reinforcement, ensuring optimal load-bearing capacity and structural integrity. Uprights up to 144″ will have a standard foot plate and uprights higher than 144″ will have a heavy-duty foot plate. Designed to adhere to the latest industry standards for safety and performance.
For added versatility, our pallet rack bolted uprights are interchangeable with other major teardrop-style products on the market, allowing for seamless integration with existing systems. Finished in a durable powder coat paint, these uprights provide a professional appearance while offering corrosion resistance.
Beams
Each end of the Beam features sturdy studs that engage seamlessly with the upright slots. This helps to ensure a stable and secure connection. The beams are adjustable on 2″ vertical centers, allowing you to customize your shelving height to accommodate various pallet sizes. Our safety pin slides into place when the beam is properly seated, providing added security and preventing accidental disengagement.
Wire Decking
Lyon constructs the heavy-duty waterfall decking from a 6-gauge wire mesh with 14-gauge steel channels. They provide a durable and open-grid surface for efficient pallet storage. Our Wire Decking meets all relevant fire and safety regulations, so you can have a safe and compliant storage environment.
To ensure optimal stability and safety, it is essential to install uprights on a level surface, plumb, and properly anchored. Lyon offers Concrete Wedge Anchors for secure installation.

We take pride in the quality of every order and ensure each item is carefully inspected before leaving our facility. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, this stock item may be returned within 30 days of delivery and will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Reach out to us using our Contact Form or calling 800-323-0082 to request a return goods authorization (RGA) number and return instructions.
We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Please carefully check your shipment for any visible damage or shortages and note these issues clearly on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing for the delivery. If the damage appears severe, you have the option to refuse the shipment. Any damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery; please contact us by filling out our Contact Form or calling 800-323-0082 right away to report these issues.
