Lyon’s rivet rack shelving is an economical solution for a variety of storage needs. This boltless racking system is ideal for use in either retail or other commercial use such as an office. This boltless metal rack allows access to items from all sides. The superior look and design of our boltless rivet Shelving means it can work in the warehouse as well as on the sales floor. We offer our center support with a durable powder coat finish available in Dove Gray.

Center Support Features

You can easily add a rivet rack shelving boltless center support to your Double Rivet Beams. The supports will help minimize beam rotation when supporting heavy loads. This will maintain both the rigidity and stability of your boltless storage racks. The rivet rack support sits snug between the beams. These front-to-back supports allow you to keep the Particle Board Decking level with the top of the beams. You can also use these supports to serve as a support for plywood decking as well as Wire Decking.

Assembly and Installation

Our new rivet rack shelving boltless center support locks in place with a double rivet design which requires no hardware or tools. Double rivet beams that are 48-inch-wide to 72-inch-wide should use at least one center support while wider beams should use two. Please note that single rivet beams are not pre-drilled to accept a center support. Lyon strongly recommends that all storage racks be properly anchored. Make sure your metal storage racks are installed plumb and level before anchoring them to the floor and/or wall. Use the Rivet Rack Shelving Foot Plates and concrete wedge anchors to anchor your posts to the floor.

Note: Lyon may adjust the beams or center supports on your order to guarantee compatible items are received.
