Use this 6 door locker alone or combine it with more lockers to create a full locker system. We proudly manufacture this locker in the USA. We offer these lockers with a durable powder coat finish available in either Dove Gray or Putty.

Our standard steel double tier lockers include 16-gauge, one piece doors and 24-gauge body parts. Lyon laps and welds the door frame corners to create a strong and rigid assembly. This metal locker comes with an intermediate cross member (ICM) between the locker doors for added security. The 6-inch-wide door louvers provide ventilation for the interior of the locker. The 6-inch-high legs provide additional toe room below the locker door. Each locker opening includes one double prong hook and three single prong hooks for hanging coats or bags.

Nano-Roller Technology

The recessed steel handle sits flush with the locker door and is also less likely to snag on clothing as people walk by. The lift handle includes a hasp inside the recessed cup that can be secured with a user provided padlock. These standard steel double tier lockers feature Lyon’s patent pending Metal Nano-Roller Latching System. Our unique lockbar system on the double tier door engages both the top and bottom of the frame for additional protection against break-ins. The tamper-resistant nylon lockbar guide ensures a smooth operation and reduces overall noise from opening and closing.

Assembly and Installation

You can order standard steel double tier lockers either unassembled or assembled. Easily put this locker together in the field with nuts and bolts. Each frame with doors ships as one piece ready to attach to the sides and back of the locker. To save yourself even more time, you can order this locker assembled and Lyon will professionally assemble the locker for you. Lyon’s assembly team uses pop rivets in place of using nuts and bolts. Using pop rivets ensures a strong and durable assembly.

We recommend you properly anchor your new standard steel double tier lockers at the time of installation. Lyon strongly recommends that you anchor your lockers to either the wall or floor or both if possible. Adding Lyon’s Foot Anchors help prevent lockers from tipping over when they are top heavy.

Locks and Accessories

Upgrade your standard steel double tier lockers by adding built-in locker locks. Our lockers with recessed lift handles can be fitted with a Zephyr 1930 Built-In Combination Lock. If you prefer a key lock, you can also fit these lockers with a Built-In Flat Key Lock that comes with 2 keys. Complete the look of your locker project by adding Locker Accessories such as a sloping top and closed bases. The top of each locker door is pre-punched making it easy for you to add personalized Number Plates and create your own number sequence. You can also make the lower double tier locker meet ADA Standards by adding another Locker Shelf that sits 15 inches from the finished floor.
