Each starter section includes two uprights, two beams per level, and the necessary number of front-to-back supports based on the beam width. This configuration ensures optimal stability and prevents beam rotation, even if there are heavy loads.

Uprights

The Uprights are roll-form welded and feature 100% MIG welding with K-brace and cross channel reinforcement, offering exceptional strength and durability. Designed to meet the latest Rack Manufacturers’ Institute LRFD specifications, these uprights adhere to the highest industry standards for safety and performance.

For added versatility, our pallet rack starter sections are interchangeable with other major teardrop-style products on the market, allowing for seamless integration with existing systems. Finished in a durable Lake Green powder coat paint, these uprights provide a professional appearance while offering corrosion resistance.

Beams

The included Beams feature sturdy studs that engage seamlessly with the upright slots, ensuring a stable and secure connection. The beams are adjustable on 2″ vertical centers, so you can customize your shelving height to accommodate various pallet sizes. Our innovative integral safety lock automatically locks into place when properly seated, providing added security and preventing accidental disengagement.

Front-to-Back Supports

Front-to-Back Supports play a crucial role in minimizing beam rotation while reducing the risk of misplaced pallets falling through. This added feature enhances safety and prevents potential damage to stored goods.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, this stock item may be returned within 30 days of delivery and will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Reach out to us using our Contact Form or calling 800-323-0082 to request a return goods authorization (RGA) number and return instructions.

We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Please carefully check your shipment for any visible damage or shortages and note these issues clearly on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing for the delivery. If the damage appears severe, you have the option to refuse the shipment.
