Our WVCN52543ISU double tier steel locker includes 16-gauge, one piece doors and 24-gauge body parts. Lyon laps and welds the door frame corners to create a strong and rigid assembly. This metal locker comes with an intermediate cross member (ICM) between the locker doors for added security. The 6-inch-wide door louvers provide ventilation for the interior of the locker. Each locker opening includes one double prong hook and three single prong hooks for hanging coats or bags.

PDQ Locker Program

The Lyon WVCN52543ISU double tier locker is part of our PDQ locker program. The doors and frames will be in our Wood Violet powder coat paint finish while the body parts will be our standard Putty finish. The durable paint finish will help your new lockers stand up to everyday use.

LEG OPTIONS

This WVCN52543ISU double tier locker comes without legs. This is ideal for recessed mounting in either a hallway or corridor. If you order lockers without legs, we also offer a Zee Base option for a clean finished look.

Nano-Roller Technology

The recessed steel handle sits flush with the locker door and is also less likely to snag on clothing as people walk by. The lift handle includes a hasp inside the recessed cup that can be secured with a user provided padlock. This 2 tier locker features Lyon’s patent pending Metal Nano-Roller Latching System. Our unique lockbar system on the WVCN52543ISU double tier door engages both the top and bottom of the frame for additional protection against break-ins. The tamper-resistant nylon lockbar guide ensures a smooth operation and reduces overall noise from opening and closing.

Assembly and Installation

You can order the WVCN52543ISU double tier locker either unassembled or assembled. Easily put this locker together in the field with nuts and bolts. Each frame with doors ships as one piece ready to attach to the sides and back of the locker. To save yourself even more time, you can order this locker assembled and Lyon will professionally assemble the locker for you. Lyon’s assembly team uses pop rivets in place of using nuts and bolts. Using pop rivets ensures a strong and durable assembly.

We recommend you properly anchor your new WVCN52543ISU double tier lockers at the time of installation. Lyon strongly recommends that you anchor your lockers to either the wall or floor or both if possible. We also offer Recessed Trim and a Zee Base option for a clean finished look.

Locks and Accessories

Upgrade your WVCN52543ISU double tier locker by adding built-in locker locks. Our lockers with recessed lift handles can be fitted with a Zephyr 1930 Built-In Combination Lock. If you prefer a key lock, you can also fit these lockers with a Built-In Flat Key Lock that comes with 2 keys. Complete the look of your locker project by adding Lyon Locker Accessories such as a sloping top and closed bases. The top of each locker door is pre-punched making it easy for you to add personalized Number Plates and create your own number sequence. You can also make the lower double tier locker meet ADA Standards by adding another Locker Shelf that sits 15 inches from the finished floor.
