Laundry Lockup Locker Features

We make the DDHH6401XL small soiled items disposal locker from steel to provide durable storage. It can hold up as much as 90 lbs. The 16-gauge welded door frame provides extra strength in addition to security. The 18-gauge swinging panel at the top of the locker allows soiled items to be dropped into the large lower compartment. The full width continuous hinge along the top also provides a smooth easy opening for the panel.

The DDHH6401XL small soiled items disposal locker has a master service door which allows access by either a supervisor or supplier to removed soiled items. Three hinges secure the 20-gauge service door to the door frame. An industry standard H-1 master door lock along with a three-point latching system secures the service door until it is opened by authorized personnel. Extra hole punching on the back allows for air flow for the soiled uniform exchange lockers.

Assembly and Installation

Lyon professionally assembles your new DDHH6401XL small soiled items disposal locker. Lyon’s assembly team uses pop rivets in place of using nuts and bolts. Using pop rivets ensures a strong and durable assembly. This disposal unit ships ready to use so all you have to do is install it.

You should properly anchor this linen disposal locker at the time of installation. Lyon strongly recommends that you anchor the unit to either the wall or floor or both if possible. Adding Lyon’s Anchoring Angles help prevent these units from tipping over if they are top heavy.
