Bulk storage racks are our most versatile storage racks. With a huge selection of bulk storage rack components, you can easily change up your storage when your needs change. Find uprights and beams so you can replace damaged ones. Our rack levels come with everything you need to add on to your existing storage racks. Lyon has been the racking industry standard for over a century.
Bulk Storage Rack Levels
Quickly add more bulk rack shelving with these pre-configured bulk storage rack levels. These bulk storage rack components are available in our most popular sizes with various types of decking. Solid Decking features Lyon heavy-duty industrial shelves for a smooth uninterrupted surface for your metal storage rack. It can hold at least 640 lbs. Durable Particle Board Decking is 5/8 inches thick so it can hold up to 750 lbs. Make your storage racks more versatile with 20-gauge ribbed warehouse decking. It has ribs that allow for space to grab packages easily and prevent pinched fingers. The ribs on the level decking measure 1-¾ inches wide by 5/8 inches deep.
We also have bulk storage rack Levels with Wire Decking. Flat wire decking comes with a galvanized finish. They sit flush between the beams. Pick wire decking when air circulation and light penetration are required. Wire decking can hold at least 300 lbs. Lyon provides the proper amount of front-to-back supports for each level. These supports help minimize beam rotation under heavy loads. You can also use Front-to-Back Supports to hold plywood as a decking.
Bulk Storage Rack Uprights
Either add on to an existing Lyon bulk storage rack or build a custom storage solution with a Welded Upright. We make these uprights using heavy-duty steel and all-welded construction. Each upright has tubular bracing which we MIG weld to the post. This provides added strength and durability. Each section of racking uprights can hold up to 10,000 lbs of warehouse decking and storage.
Bulk Storage Rack Beams
We make these rack Beams from 14-gauge steel. These heavy-duty beams feature our unique “Z” design. This helps improve the beam load capacity. It also helps eliminate wasted space from front to back. Lyon MIG welds the clips to the beam. The 3 prongs will easily engage with the rack upright. A fold in tab will help prevent beam displacement. The beams have a 5/8 inch step so that decking doesn’t rise up to high.
Both beams and uprights are stocked in our standard Dove Gray finish. The powder coat paint finish will help protect your bulk storage rack components from everyday use.
